Orders
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Limited drops ship within 3–5 business days of the release date. You will receive a tracking link by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be edited or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Contact us right away and include your order number.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are delivered by email and can be redeemed at checkout.
Sizing & Product
How does Paradice Jreams fit?
Most tops are cut oversized. If you prefer a classic fit, size down one. Each product page includes a detailed size guide.
Will sold-out pieces restock?
Core pieces restock. Numbered limited editions do not. Join the restock list on any sold-out product page or become a member for priority notifications.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to 40+ countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where supported.
What is your return policy?
Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Limited-edition and members-only pieces are final sale unless faulty.

What is the Jream Society?
Our free membership program with early access to drops, members-only pieces, birthday rewards, loyalty points, and private events.
How do loyalty points work?
Earn 1 point per $1 spent. Every 500 points unlocks a $25 reward. Points never expire while your account is active.
